The Hardwood Floor Medallion Store offers the following Returns Policy: You may return your item with obtaining pre approval within 10 days after you received your item. If your item returns to us damaged and is not caused by the shipping company, a credit will not be issued. Customer will pay all return shipping fees. We will not credit you original shipping fees. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

No refund will be issued for special orders. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery on special orders.
